Sarah Davis Arnold graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in Law, Science, and Technology from the Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
In college, Sarah worked at the Children’s Defense Fund and the Racial Democracy, Crime and Justice Network where she addressed the school-to-prison pipeline and racial disparities in policing, which ignited her desire to defend people unfairly impacted by the criminal justice system.
During law school, Sarah worked at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office and Suzuki Law Offices, where she reviewied evidence, interviewed clients, attended court hearings, and wrote motions and sentencing memoranda. Sarah aided clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges, including theft, fraud, drug possession, domestic violence, sexual assault, DUI, and homicide. In her role as Senior Legal Researcher with Arizona State University’s Center for Public Health Law and Policy, Sarah evaluated developing health trends, proactively assessed legal risks, and wrote on a range of subjects from health equity to medical marijuana. Sarah also served as the Director of the Homeless Legal Assistance Project, where she volunteered alongside law students and attorneys to provide free legal advice to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Sarah is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio; she is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the University Of Akron School Of Law. Brian has been a lifelong resident of Ohio. Brian is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
